Rossmore Village, Tipperary

The Design Brief

Designed and finished to the highest standards by esteemed contractors Bohergar Construction, Rossmore Village in Tipperary town brings the warm appeal of stone to a development of over 80 houses.
A Bradstone enthusiast, project architect Seamus McElligiot specified Bradstone Masonry walling and quoins in the Weathered Cotswold shade for the front elevation of each house in the development, which was further complemented with a boundary wall in the same shade with soldier course cappings. Stone edgings from the Bradstone Patio & Paving range were also laid between the driveways of each house.
Through phases 1 and 2 16 different house types were employed and 12 of these carried Bradstone.

Product Involved

The Rossmore site includes a combination of Bradstone Masonry block in the Weathered Cotswold shade along with quoins and soldier course.
The show house was finished off with a Bradstone boundary wall and each end house was given a Bradstone gable wall to complement the overall design

Customer Feedback

We found Bradstone extremely buildable and we are delighted with the results at Rossmore Village. The fact that the t-block building system replaces the outer leaf makes it an economic choice as well as looking every bit as good as natural stone. The range of accessories such as the quoin stones used on this project finishes off each house beautifully.
