The Design Brief

Dun Ard is an upmarket development of sought after family homes situated five minutes from Letterkenny Town centre, developed by Dunree Construction.
This impressive development has been beautifully finished with the help of Old Town Sorrento paving and Old Town Walling from the  Bradstone patio and paving range.
A grand entrance wall built from Old Town Walling welcomes you to the Dun Ard site. Each of the magnificent detached dwellings has been finished to the highest quality and complemented with an Old Town Sorrento patio, an Old Town wall and copings and a barbeque constructed from Old Town Sorrento walling.

Products Involved

An extensive amount of Bradstone paving and walling was used throughout the site to create the main entrance wall; a patio, path, garden wall and barbeque to the rear of each of the twelve homes. In total over 1000m2 of Old Town Sorrento Paving and 3000 Old Town Walling blocks were used on the Dun Ard site; with approximately 80m2 of paving and 15m2 of walling at every house.
